MID-WEEK WINE LOVERS GETAWAY TO PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY

Savour the beauty of sun-kissed, lilac draped landscapes while touring Ontario's newest wine producing region. The County is loaded with charming country roads, heritage homes and farmhouses, fine restaurants, artists and artisans and splendid wineries. Enjoy the bounty of the County while being squired around. NO DRIVING REQUIRED.
ITINERARY IS AS FOLLOWS:
On Monday--Travel by train to Belleville, the gateway to Prince Edward County, where you will be picked up at the station and taken to your hotel. Check-in, a little freshen up and you will be ready for a Welcoming Wine Tasting with nibblies.
On Tuesday--Enjoy a nature walk with area Naturalist Terry Sprague as your guide with a picnic lunch prepared by the Waring House Gourmet along the way ( weather permitting). You will also stop at Waupoos Winery for a Wine Tasting before returning to your hotel.
About 6:00 p.m. Limo Bus shuttle to and from a restaurant of choice in the Belleville area. Guests will be dropped off in downtown Belleville in very close proximity to three very popular restaurants; Earl and Angelos, Paulos Trattoria and Dinkels. Pick-up at agreed time and return to hotel.
On Wednesday--Its a full day of shopping, dining, and wine tasting. The first stop is Huff Estates Winery with its Oeno Gallery and outdoor garden, for a Wine Tasting and Winery Tour.
On to Bloomfield for a shop and stroll in this lovely town before heading to Wellington for a walk along the waterfront park and a gourmet lunch at East and Main Bistro.
After lunch the first stop is Harwood Estates Winery for a Wine Tasting followed by a visit to Karlo Estates Winery for Tasting and Food Pairings togehter with a presentation on how to properly enjoy great wines and ports. Return to your hotel and relax after such an indulgent day.
On Thursday--Enjoy a Farewell Brunch before being taken to the train station for your return to Toronto.
